The Community Snapshot Data Dashboard is from an annual report with data collected from a range of CoC project types (emergency shelter, transitional housing, street outreach, rapid rehousing, permanent supportive housing, and supportive services). 

This dashboard provides demographic data on who in our community is experiencing homelessness. The dashboard also has the capacity to filter the data to examine how a specific group moves through the CoC system (i.e. by age, gender, veteran status, etc).
