Mission
We’re on a mission to ensure everyone in Lexington has access to housing by building a coordinated strategy that brings hope and stability to all. Our vision is that everyone in Lexington has a safe, stable home and the support they need to thrive.
Philosophy
1. We believe that housing is the solution to ending and preventing homelessness. All of our services, supports and funding are oriented towards achieving this solution.
2. We believe in effectiveness. We evaluate what we do in order to improve, and we stay current on best practices to ensure they are fully implemented.
3. We believe in data. We collect, analyze and use data to understand opportunities for improvement, monitor our contract compliance, and outwardly message the impact of our work.
